LEAN is a nonprofit organization of law firms who pride themselves on their ability and willingness to represent clients needing assistance in the enforcement of lease obligations, collections, asset recovery and bankruptcy. Fee arrangements range from hourly, contingent, blended to flat fee arrangements. LEAN member firms include members of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA), the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors (EAEL), United Association of Equipment Lessors (UAEL), Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors, American Bankruptcy Institute and the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC). Many of our firms contain Board-Certified Creditors’ Rights Specialists and/or Business Bankruptcy Specialists who are certified by their individual States or by the American Board of Certification.
